The Energized Guyz
GVA was visited by The Energized Guyz sponsored by FirstEnergy's Ohio Utilities. Students enjoyed an engaging presentation on energy conservation.
The Engergized Guyz came to GVA to talk to grades K-7 about the importance of conserving energy. They performed a short, comedic play about energy conservation in the environment.

Heinen's Super Foods
We were visited by a representative from Heinen's who taught us about eating super foods. We learned about eating colorful fruits and vegetables and other healthy snacks.
Appollo's Fire
The Cleveland Baroque Orchestra
GVA fourth graders participated in "Wing It," a musical workshop that focused on improvisation with music and singing. The whole school was treated to a performance where students sang along with members of Apollo's Fire.

Apollo's Fire came back to GVA to work with the Kindergarten class. They helped them put on a short version of 'Apollo's Spider' and performed it in front of GVA students and staff.
Health Unleashed! Connected Learning Session
GVA students in grades K-2 participated in an interactive webinar hosted by The Cleveland Clinic. Students learned about nutrition, super foods, and the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
