ProgressBook is an online classroom information tool for teachers, students, and parents.  You and your student have access to up-to-the-minute homework, attendance, and grading information for each class.

  • Add a Student to your EXISTING Account​​

If you already have a parent account set-up for one student and would like to add another student to your account, follow the steps in THIS document.

Note: You will need the Registration Key that was sent home with your child in his/her GVA Home Folder.

  • Create a NEW Parent Account (for the first time at GVA)

If you have never logged-in and created an account, follow the steps in THIS document to create a new parent account.

Download THIS document for some quick tips and information on how to use ProgressBook/ParentAccess.

If you forget your username or password, click "Forgot My Username or Password" on the ParentAccess home page and you will receive an email from ProgressBook with instructions to reset your username or password.

Keep your contact 

information up-to-date

FinalForms is an online forms and data management service that replaces paper forms. Through FinalForms, parents complete and sign enrollment, back-to-school, and athletic participation forms for your child.

  • Returning Families

You will receive an account confirmation email from FinalForms.  Click the link and follow the steps to login and access your student(s). You will be required to sign your forms online once per year and after any update you make to your information.

  • New Families Registering at GVA

Once your child's registration at GVA has been confirmed by a phone message from the registrar, you will receive an email with directions to create an account to register your student.  Please be sure to click the “New to District” checkbox when registering your new student.

Note: You will need to upload the necessary registration papers to complete your child's registration, or make an appointment to drop off copies at the GVA main office.

  • FinalForms Troubleshooting
